Overview
This article describes the Multi-Image Viewer, which allows you to view multiple images side by side.
For example, this enables you to compare images from the same product or check if the background is the same on several packshots.
The Multi-Image Viewer is available for Enterprise customers.
How does it work?
When you open an order or folder in CloseUp, you can select multiple images on the Thumbnail Gallery to view them on the main viewer.
Multiple images can be selected by pressing Ctrl/⌘ + click, Ctrl/⌘ + A, Click & Shift + click:
If more than 9 images are selected, the 9th slot will be replaced by a counter of images not being displayed but selected. The 8th slot shows either the 8th image or the image in the 9th position (or above) if this one is highlighted.
If an image is clicked again with Ctrl/⌘ + click on, the image will be deselected:
If you click on the area around images, all images except the one highlighted will be deselected. The shortcut for this is Ctrl/⌘ + D:
If you click on a not selected image, all previously selected images (including the highlighted image) will be deselected, and the new one will be selected and highlighted:
Of all the images displayed, one will be the highlighted image. The highlighted is indicated by an orange square around the image in the main viewer to the left and a thicker orange square in the Thumbnail Gallery to the right:
If you click on an already selected image, either on the main viewer or the Thumbnail Gallery, this image will be the Highlighted image:
Actions (for example, rejecting) will be performed only on the Highlighted image.
