Overview
This article will assist you with how to download your processed Pixelz images directly on our website, both on an order level and an individual level.

To get started, go to the Orders section (1) on the left menu and click on the order card background (2) to open the Order Detail page.
From here, you will have 3 ways to download your order: Download an entire order, individual images, or multiple images.
1. Download An Entire Order
You can download all images from a completed order using two options:
Quick Download: Click the black Download button at the top left of the order page to instantly download a ZIP file containing all your images.

Advanced Download: Click the three dots next to the Download button to choose a specific version: Original or Final, available in either Full res (High Resolution) or Low res (Low Resolution).
Note: From the dropdown from the 3-dot button, you can also download URLs (CSV) of the images
2. Download Individual Images
Hover over the image you want to download and click the three dots in the top right corner.
Select whether you want to download the Original or Final version, and choose your preferred resolution.
3. Download Multiple Images
Select the images that you want to download
+ Batch Selection: Hold down theShiftkey, click the first image, and then click the last image to select all images in between.
+ Manual Selection: Hover over the images and check the box in the top left corner of each image you want to select.Download: Click the download icon on the action bar that appears at the bottom of the screen.

How long will my images be available for download?
- By default, images are available for download and revision on your account for 30 days after they are delivered.
- Recommendation: We recommend downloading your images to your local computer or storage as soon as they are ready to prevent data loss. Alternatively, you can opt for our paid hosting service to keep them on our site. For more details, please visit our Media Library article.
Why do my image sizes not match my specifications after I download them?
This happens if you right-click and save the image directly from the Preview mode. Doing this will only save the lower-resolution preview thumbnail.
Solution: Always use the official Download buttons to get the correct, full-size images according to your specifications.
I click download in my account, and nothing happens.
The most common cause is a temporary interruption in your internet connection.
Solution: Please check your internet connection, log out of your account, log back in, and try downloading again.
