This article will explain everything about Pixelz Payment. It will be divided into the following sections:
Subscription Payment:
In order to ensure a smooth experience with Pixelz, you will need to add a credit card on file for your monthly recurring subscription. To add a credit card, go to your Account Settings and then click on Payment Methods. To add a new credit card, click the "Add Payment Method" button.
After adding the payment method, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle, which can be found in your subscription section.
Image Payment
After creating your order, you can pay for your images using a Credit Card, PayPal, or Pixelz Credits. Upon proceeding to the payment page, you will have the option to choose from Credit Card, PayPal, or Pixelz Credits.
How to pay for your order?
Payments for your orders can be made by selecting "Orders" on the menu on the left of your screen.
Here, you will see a list of your orders that are awaiting payment (processed orders will also be shown). To pay for an order, select the green "Check Out" button and then enter your credit card or PayPal details:
If you have placed several orders, you can also upload them all at once with our "Checkout All" button. This will consolidate your orders into one invoice instead of an individual invoice for each order.
The "Checkout All" option will appear as soon as you have more than one order ready for checkout in the "Orders" menu:
Payment via Credit/PayPal
For payment via credit card/PayPal, you can save a credit card to your account to streamline your payment process (Please see "Subscription Payment" for further details).
Payment via Pixelz Credit
The Pixelz Credits system is a great way for small businesses to submit images to Pixelz without the worry of paying an invoice. This pay-as-you-go system provides flexibility and efficiency for busy small retailers.
For example, say you purchase 25 credits (1 credit = $1 or any other currency unit), but you're only placing an order for 10 images with no add-ons. That leaves some credits for your next order, so you don't need to pay each time you place an order.
Purchase Pixelz Credits
To purchase Pixelz Credits for use with the SOLO product, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your Pixelz account.
2. Once your dashboard appears, click "Account Settings".
3. In Your Account Details, click "Pixelz Credits." Your credit balance is on the right side of this page.
4. Click "Add Credits" to add credits in $25 increments to your account.
- Please note: These credits are non-refundable and must be used within 1 year of purchase. However, we are more than happy to convert any residual credits into an equivalent amount of free images to be used for your future orders. All you need to do is reach out to our Customer Support Team at cs@pixelz.com, and we will sort it out.
5. Select the number of credits you'd like to purchase by clicking a credit increment or "Custom Amount" and clicking "Add Credits."
- Please note: If you select "Custom Amount," you must enter a credit amount over 25 credits.
6. Fill out your billing information and click "Save".
7. Fill out your payment information. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal payment methods.
8. Click "Complete Payment" to complete your purchase. Your billing information has populated the Billing Details pane.
You're ready to create your image order! Your account details are now updated to show the number of credits you bought, and your purchase transaction history is recorded at the bottom of this page.
- Please note: Pixelz Credits cannot be used to pay your subscription fee.
FAQs
1. How can I reduce the number of invoices I invoice?
Pixelz Credits is a particularly useful system if you would like to reduce the number of Pixelz transactions for accounting purposes or if you would like to speed up the process of placing multiple orders throughout the day.
Another way to speed up the process of uploading several orders and reduce invoices is to use our "Checkout All" button. This will allow you to upload multiple orders in one go and generate one invoice containing all of your orders instead of an individual invoice for each order. 2. Is there any Transaction Fees on my Pixelz Order
At Pixelz, our transactions are currently set up regionally to prevent our customers from incurring foreign transaction fees when placing an order. However, because our company is based in Denmark, some banks and credit card companies may identify the headquarters location on the transaction and flag it as a foreign transaction.
If this happens, contact your bank or credit card company right away and inform them that the order was placed locally and any fees for this type of transaction should be waived in the future. If your bank or credit card company needs to speak to a Pixlez representative about the fee, please contact cs@pixelz.com, and we will be happy to arrange a call to discuss our transaction process with them.
