FAQs
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| What is the difference between Flat and Ghost Mannequin? | Flat gives you the garment as if laid on a surface, with no volume. Ghost Mannequin keeps the shape and volume of the garment, with no model inside. |
| Do I have to send a back image? | Only if you choose Front and back. With Front only you send one front image per product. |
| Why does Front and back cost more? | It creates a second output image, so an extra amount is added to the price per product. You can see the extra next to the option and the final price in Step 3. |
| What happens if I do not set up the Product ID correctly? | Your images may not be grouped as one product, so each file could be processed on its own. Check the Preview box in Step 1 before you save. |
| Can I change the settings later? | You cannot edit a saved specification in this flow. Create a new one with the settings you need. |
| Can I use it more than once? | Yes. Once saved, you can use the specification for as many orders as you like. |
