Image to Video Feature

Overview

Image to Video is an AI-powered feature that turns your product images into short fashion videos - no photoshoot required. Simply upload your images, choose your preferred video style, and the AI generates the video for you.

Image to Video is available to Professional and Enterprise plans. It is not currently available on the Solo plan.

This article covers:

• Create a Specification to define the video's style and settings.
• Create an Order to upload your product images and generate the videos.
• Turnaround times and delivery expectations

Creating a Specification

To access this screen, please follow the steps below:

• Login to your Pixelz account
• Select "Specifications" from the menu on the left
• Click the “+” button -> Choose the option that fits your needs: Predefined Specifications or Custom Specification:

-Predefined Specifications -> AI Studio -> Image to Video

-Custom Specification -> Image to Video

Using a Predefined Specification

Predefined Specifications are ready-to-use templates provided by Pixelz, already configured with a fixed sequence of clips. They're the fastest way to get started if you don't need to customize your storyboard.

The setup takes you through three steps:

1. Spec Overview - Review the storyboard included in this specification: each clip is shown with its shot type, movement, and the number of input images it requires. Click on any clip to open the Clip Preview and see an example of the expected output along with the image requirements for that clip. The storyboard is fixed in this flow - clips cannot be added, removed, or reordered.

2. Output Settings - Define how your videos will be exported.

3. Overview & Confirmation - Review a summary of your storyboard and output settings, along with the price per video. Click Create Specification to save it. 

Building a Custom Specification

The specification is configured across three tabs:

1. General - Give your specification a name and an optional description. You can also add tags to help you find it later.

2. Storyboard

Build your video by adding (Click or Drag) clips to the storyboard. Each clip combines a shot type (such as Full Body Front or Detail) with a movement (such as Weightshift or Step Forward), and becomes a segment of the final video.

You can add up to 10 clips, rearrange their order, and change the movement for each clip. The total video duration is calculated automatically based on the number of clips.

Click any clip card to open the Clip Preview, where you can see an example of the generated output and the required input image (including framing, pose, background, and subject visibility).

3. Output - Choose the output settings for delivered files. Only resolution is required - default values are provided for the other settings.

When you're done, click Save Specification.

Creating an Order

• Select "Order" from the menu on the left
• Click the “+” button -> Generate -> Image to Video
• Uploading your images
• Mapping your images

Assign each image to the correct clip (image slot) for each product (SKU). Each product is displayed as a product card, with one column for every clip defined in your specification.

You can map your images in two ways:

1. Smart Mapping - The platform groups your uploaded files by SKU and assigns each image to the correct clip slot based on alphabetical order: the first image (alphabetically) is assigned to the first clip, the second image to the second clip, and so on. Once applied, you can review the mapping and drag files to reassign them if needed. The slot label on each product card updates dynamically to reflect the current mapping state.

2. Manual Mapping - If you prefer to assign images yourself, select manually when creating your order.

Add each product by entering its SKU or Product ID.

Once a product is added, an Uploaded Files panel appears at the bottom of the page.

Drag images from the panel into the appropriate clip slots on the product card.

The Uploaded Files panel contains every file uploaded for your order, regardless of which product it is assigned to.

Files with a blue border are already assigned to at least one slot.

The same file can be assigned to multiple products if needed.

• Clip references

Each clip type in your specification requires a specific input image. Click the ⓘ icon next to any clip column to open a reference showing what kind of image that clip expects.

• Click Place Order to submit your order for generation.
• Tracking your order

After you place an order, you can track its progress from the Order List:

In Generation - Your videos are being generated.

In Aesthetic Review - Our production team reviews the videos for quality.

In Production - The videos are being edited and prepared for delivery.

Turnaround times

After you place an order, you can expect the following turnaround times:

• Video generation: Up to 48 hours.
• Rejections: 24 hours.

To maintain these turnaround times, we support up to 25 videos per client per week. Orders exceeding this volume may require additional processing time.
