1. Introduction
This document guides you through integrating Pixelz with Cisco Duo for Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
By connecting Pixelz to Cisco Duo, users can sign in using their existing corporate accounts (e.g., Azure AD) while ensuring secure access through Duo’s multi-factor verification.
2. Prerequisites
Before proceeding with the integration, ensure that you have the following:
- A Professional or Enterprise Pixelz account.
- Configure SAML Identity Provider: Set up your SAML Identity Provider by following the document. In this demo, we will be using AzureAD as the IdP.
3. Cisco Duo Configuration
3.1. Protect Pixelz Application
Log on to the Duo Admin Panel.
In the left navigation menu, go to Applications > click Protect an Application.
Search for Generic SAML Service Provider with the protection type "2FA with SSO hosted by Duo (Single Sign-On)"
Click Protect on the far right to open the configuration page.
3.2. Set Up Service Provider Details
Complete the Service Provider section using the configuration data from your Pixelz Account Settings (as shown in the below screenshot).

4.1. User Attribute Mapping
Update attribute mapping as shown in the below screenshot (this can be configured in the debugging section).
4.2. Finalization
Contact Pixelz Technical Support to verify and apply the SAML configuration to your account.
