How to use the Order List Page
Overview
The Order List page provides a centralized and intuitive interface to view, filter, search, and perform actions on all your image and video orders. Instead of navigating through multiple areas, this page gives you a comprehensive overview of your account's activity, allowing you to manage your workflow efficiently.
Navigating the Order List Page
The Order List interface is divided into 4 key functional areas:
1. Creating a New Order To begin, use the blue "+" (Add) button located next to the "Orders" page title in the header. This opens a unified menu where you can choose to create:
- Image Orders: Through Direct Upload, Color Change, or URL File Upload.
- Video Orders: Through Direct Upload (MP4 or MOV) or Mobile Upload (scanning a QR code).
2. Screen Tools: Filters & Search Locate exactly what you need using robust screen tools:
- Filters: Click the "Filters" trigger to refine your list. You can filter by:
- Status: e.g., Ready for Checkout, In Production, In Generation (AI products are being generated), In Aesthetic Review (AI-generated outputs are being reviewed by human QA to ensure they meet quality standards (accuracy, shape, details) before they move to SAW production), etc..
- Templates: View orders matching specific templates.
- Assigned to: If 2QA is activated, view claimed or unassigned orders.
- Search: Search across your account by Media name/ID, Order name/ID, or Folders. After typing at least 3 characters, a suggestion panel automatically appears to help you navigate directly to the asset or order.
3. Order Details & Carousels Your orders are displayed as individual Order Cards, with 10 orders shown per page by default.
- Order Card Data: Each card highlights the Order Name (4), Order ID (5), Price (8), Order Status (1), and the total number of media files (3) and their status (2).
Note: Visible data components dynamically adjust based on the user's plan and order status. - Dynamic Dates (6): The date displayed adapts to the order's status. It will show the Creation date (if before production), the Deadline date (if in production), or the Delivered date (if production is finished).
- Media Carousel: A visual carousel displays up to 8 thumbnails of the images or videos within the order. You can click a thumbnail and press the Spacebar to open it in a Close-up view.
- Blank Space/Card Background: Click on any white area of the card to open the Order Detail page.
4. Real-Time Order Management and Actions (13) Depending on the current status of your order, you can perform various actions using the main Call-to-Action button or the "Order Options" dropdown:
Primary Actions (13): Quickly Checkout, Pause, Resume, or Download the entire order directly from the card.
Expedite Order (11): Fast-track an order for an additional fee.
Note: This option is unavailable if your expedite limit is exceeded or on weekends. Once activated, the expedite icon (11) will be replaced by the processing status indicator (7).More Options (3-dot icon): Click this icon to access advanced management tools:
Download CSV: Retrieve data or finished assets for your order.
Cancel/Remove Order:
+ Orders not yet sent to production can be fully canceled.
+ Orders already in production cannot be canceled, but they can be removed from your active list view.
Note: Removing an order from your view does not cancel any completed payments.Add Comment: Leave specific instructions or attach reference files directly for the production team.
Frequently Asked Questions
| Questions | Answers |
| What happened to the "Rejections" filter on the Order List? | The Rejections feature has been moved entirely to the Media Library. This is a better fit for viewing and managing individual rejected assets rather than filtering at the order level. |
| If I click into an order, will I lose my place on the Order List? | No. The platform preserves your navigation state. If you are on page 2 of your list, click into an Order Detail page, and then navigate back, the system will remember your exact page, scroll placement, and applied filters. |
| How do I know if someone on my team has already downloaded an order? | Once an order is downloaded, a green checkmark icon will appear on the Order Card. By hovering over this checkmark, you can see a tooltip displaying exactly who downloaded the order and when. |
