What does the Professional trial include

The free trial on Professional lasts for 14 days and includes ten free images. During the trial period, you get full access to all the core features and benefits.

You can:

• Create unlimited specifications
• Submit orders using your free images

You can access these from within your Pixelz account by clicking on the lightbulb icon at the top right corner.

What happens when the trial period ends?

When your trial expiry date is reached, a pop-up will ask you to decide whether to subscribe to our services. 

Nothing will happen without your consent. There is no possibility of you being automatically charged for a subscription.

You can choose to subscribe to either our Professional or our Solo plan. You'll have the flexibility to choose between monthly or yearly payments. Please feel free to look at our comparison plan below.

Feature for first-order experience

• Add a spec right from the order. All Users, including trial users, can now create one from the New image order screen, from a single image or from bulk actions. Their uploaded files and order progress are kept, and they go back to their order once the spec is ready. 

• Coachmark for first-time users. A small guide points to “Add specification” so users know exactly what to do next.

• FREE tags on predefined specs. During the trial (while they still have free images), Ecommerce and Marketplaces specs show a “FREE” tag and the price after free credits.

• Safety check. If a user picks a spec with a different order type (for example, a Video spec during an Image order), we show a warning so they don’t lose their order by mistake.
