This article will assist you with how to download your processed Pixelz images directly on our website, both on order level or individual level.

How To Download An Entire Order
Through your Pixelz account, you can download your entire completed order by completing the following steps:
- Click on "Orders" on the menu on the left of your screen.
- Click the green "Download" button on the order you want to download. You will receive a zip file.
- If you need to download a CSV of the image urls, click on the "Order Options" drop-down menu and choose "Download CSV".
How To Download Individual Images
To download individual images from your orders, complete the following steps:
- Click on "Orders" on the menu on the left of your screen.
- Click the "View" button on the order you want to access.
- Right-click on the image you want to download and click "Download".
You can choose to download your original image or final image in low or full res.

How long will my images be available for download?
Once your images are delivered to your account, they will remain there for 30 days. After 30 days, the images will be deleted off of your account, as Pixelz does not host images.
We recommend that as soon as your images are delivered to your account and approved, they should be immediately downloaded to your computer or preferred hosting site. This will ensure that your images will not be lost once they are deleted off of your account.
Why do my image sizes not match my specifications after I download them?
When you download your images from Pixelz, make sure that you are downloading them directly from your account. If you right-click and download from preview mode, the size of the downloaded image will be altered and may not match your requested optimized image size.
I click download in my account, and nothing happens.
Many times, an image fails to download due to a failure in an internet connection. Kindly double-check your connection, re-login to your account, and try your download again.
