With Insights, you can monitor key aspects of your engagement with Pixelz, ensuring you have full visibility into your usage and our service delivery.
Description
Insights offers detailed information on two primary areas: your usage of the Pixelz system and our service delivery performance. For your usage, Insights helps track how many images you've uploaded and breaks down the delivery of these images by specification or template. For our service performance, you can monitor important metrics such as rejection rates, overall on-time delivery, and specific delivery times for expedited or rejected images. This ensures you stay informed and confident in the quality and efficiency of our service.
Accessing Insights
You can access the Insights in the left-hand menu.
Note:
You can utilize the Day Filtering feature to customize the data range for your usage. By default, it displays data from the "Last 30 days"
Using the Insights Reports
Images Delivered per Template
The pie chart in this report shows all images delivered in the selected period, sorted by specification. Hovering over the chart provides more insights into each specification, including the specification name, total production time (in the selected period), total images processed, and average time spent per image. All specifications of the selected period are also listed below the chart. You can deactivate/activate specifications from the chart by clicking on a specification in the list.
Images Uploaded
This column chart displays all images uploaded by your team to Pixelz within the selected period. When you hover over the columns, the absolute numbers of uploaded images and the delivery date are displayed.
Reliability
This report is displayed as a stacked column chart, showing all the images delivered to your account with or without a broken deadline in the selected period. The green bar indicates images delivered within the deadline, and the red bar indicates images with a broken deadline. When you hover over the stacked columns, the absolute numbers of delivered images and the delivery date are displayed.
Quality
When you reject an image in the system, this report will track the number of times you have to do so. This line chart displays the rejection rate in the selected period. It is calculated from the upload date of your orders.
Rejections are split into 'Pixelz Errors' (mistakes from Pixelz's side) and 'Extra Requirements' (rejection requests that are not included in your original specification).
If you are seeing a high rejection rate, we'd recommend reaching out to our customer support team at cs@pixelz.com or your Customer Success Manager to see how this can be corrected in future orders.
Reliability - Expedited Images
This report is similar to the previous Reliability report but is correlated to expedited images only. The stacked column chart displays all expedited images delivered to your account with or without a broken deadline in the selected period. The black bar indicates expedited images delivered within the deadline, and the red bar indicates expedited images with a broken deadline. When you hover over the stacked columns, the absolute numbers of delivered expedited images and the delivery date are displayed.
Reliability - Rejected Images
This stacked column chart displays all re-processed images delivered to your account with or without a broken deadline in the selected time period. The blue bar indicates reprocessed images delivered within the deadline, and the red bar indicates reprocessed images with a broken deadline. When you hover over the stacked columns, the absolute numbers of delivered reprocessed images, as well as the delivery date, are displayed.
