In order to provide users with easy access to production information. We provide access to the Image Report for Professional and Enterprise subscribers. This report streamlines the process of tracking key information within the Pixelz account, making it a valuable tool for managing workflows effectively.
Description
The Image Report offers a concise yet comprehensive overview of both production and invoice data. With its user-friendly format, it helps users stay informed on essential details.
Accessing Image Report
You can access the Image Report from a few different areas of your account:
1. Among the menu items
Image Report can be accessed directly from the menu on the left of your screen.
2. Orders Page
From the Orders page you can use the Order Options menu to navigate to the Image Report.
3. Billing Statement
In the Billing Statement section, you can click on the Image Report icon next to your invoice to access the Image Report.
4. Insights
You can also click the 'Image Report button' next to the date filter within the Insights section to access the Image Report.
Using the Image Report
Once you are in the Image Report, you can pick a date range of the data you want to review as well as any additional filters for the report.
By clicking the Columns button on the right, you can also choose which columns of data you want to show on the report to narrow down to just the information you want to see.
The data in your report can be easily organized by using the filter and sorting tools located at the top of the Image Report.
Once you have the report structured to meet your needs, you can easily export it to a .csv file to share with your colleagues.
