Overview
At Pixelz, we have a 100% quality guarantee. If your images have an issue, you can use our rejection tool to reject them and have them corrected by our editors within 30 days from the first delivery date.
To get started, go to the Orders section (1) on the left menu and click on the order card background (2) to open the Order Detail page.
From here, you will have 3 ways to reject your image(s):
1. Rejecting a Single Image
You can reject a finished image from a completed or partially completed order:
Open the Viewer: Either click the image and press the Spacebar, or click the three dots in the top-right corner and select Add comment. This opens the Advanced Image Viewer (AIV).

Click the Comment button in the Quality section on the right side of the screen.

Mark Up the Image: Choose a predefined color from the top-left corner and draw on the image.
Tip: To control the thickness of the marking pencil, please right-click on the pencil/ line tool when a color is selected.
There's also a General comment box if you're on Professional or Enterprise plans.
Submit or Save:
+ Reject: Sends the image back for immediate reprocessing.
+ Save: Stores your markups and comments so you can review, adjust, or submit them later via the Quality section.After submitting a rejection, the order status will change to Partially Ready, and a red dot will appear on the bottom-right corner of the rejected image thumbnail.
2. Rejecting Multiple Images
To reject multiple images at once:
Select the Images:
+ Batch Selection: Hold Shift, click the first image, and then click the last image.
+ Manual Selection: Hold Ctrl (Windows) or Command (Mac) and click individual image thumbnails.Add Feedback: Click the X symbol on the floating menu to open the close-up view. Add your instruction to the General Comment box in Quality section in the bottom-right corner.
Submit or Save:
+ Click Reject to submit immediately. (Ensure Skip Retouch is turned OFF so the team reprocesses the images).
+ Click Save to continue editing markups across other selections before collective submission.
3. Rejecting an Entire Order
Select all images in the order by pressing Ctrl + A (Windows) or Command + A (Mac).
Click Reject on the bottom menu bar.
Add a General Comment in close-up view and click Reject.
Important Note
Skip retouch toggle: If you want the rejection recorded in your production performance data and Insights Reports without having the team re-edit the photos, turn on the Skip Retouch button. This button is turned OFF by default.
Plan-Specific Markups: Apart from the color-coded comments, we offer extra markups for custom feedback depending on your plan:
+ Professional: Includes 1 extra color "Other"
+ Enterprise: Includes 3 extra colors
