For this reason, you have access to a dedicated Professional Plan Specialist here at Pixelz during your free trial.
This person is on hand to guide you and answer any questions you might have, as well as to help you get your editing specifications fine-tuned to your requirements.
You can find your contact person's details and book a meeting with them in your Pixelz account. You'll see a slide-out on the home page during your trial.
3. The Knowledge Base Articles
In addition to this Getting Started Guide, we've created a series of knowledge-base articles covering the basics of working with Pixelz.
You can access these from within your Pixelz account by clicking on the lightbulb icon at the top right corner.
What happens when the trial period ends?
When your trial expiry date is reached, a pop-up will ask you to decide whether to subscribe to our services.
Nothing will happen without your consent. There is no possibility of you being automatically charged for a subscription.
You can choose to subscribe to either our Professional or our Solo plan. You'll have the flexibility to choose between monthly or yearly payments. Please feel free to look at our comparison plan below.
