In our production system, we reserve a certain number of images for each Pixelz user that we guarantee will be processed within each 24 hour period. Additional images will be reviewed by our Customer Support and Production team, to see how quickly we can deliver them back. Depending on the number of images, we may have to extend the deadline by more than an additional 24 hours. In these cases, we will reach out to set up an action plan.
For our Professional and Enterprise level users, the Expedite feature works in a similar fashion, with a certain number of images per day that we can deliver.
Below is a table detailing the number of images we guarantee across our plans, along with several real-world scenarios.
|Guaranteed images per day||Delivery time for additional images||Expedite delivery time||Guaranteed number of expedited images||Delivery time for additional images expedited|

- A Solo customer that uploads 150 images in one order. Our system will automatically split the order into two. The first 100 images will be in one order, that will be completed within 24 hours using their guaranteed image allocation, and Customer support team will review with production to see when we can deliver the remaining images.
- A Professional customer submits an order of 35 images to be expedited. Our system will automatically split the order into two. The first 20 images will be expedited and returned within 3 hours, with the remaining 15 images returned within 6 hours.
- A Professional customer submits an order of 20 images to be expedited which will not only use up all of their expedited images, but also 20 of their daily allocated images. Bringing the number of images available for next morning delivery to 480.
*Do note that if you are on our Solo Plan with no monthly subscription commitment, then your daily guarantee is 50 images, and you have 24h turnaround time as standard.
