Overview
At Pixelz, we believe in total transparency and creating open and honest partnerships with our clients. As a Professional subscriber, you get access to 'Insights' which gives you detailed information on:
- Your usage of our system
- Our service delivery performance
In terms of your usage, you can keep track of how many images you've uploaded in total within a given time period and get a breakdown of how many images have been delivered on each specification (template).
In terms of our performance, you can track the overall rejection rate, our general on-time delivery rate and the on-time delivery rate for both expedited images and rejected images.
See below for more detailed information.

Rejections are split into "Pixelz Errors" (mistakes from Pixelz's side) and "Extra Requirements" (rejection requests that are not included in your original specification).
If you are seeing a high rejection rate, we'd recommend reaching out to cs@pixelz.com to see how this can be corrected on future orders.
