Overview
This article will assist you in the event that your payment for your images does not process properly. There are two main scenarios in which your payment cannot be processed.
This article provides you with the information and knowledge necessary to troubleshoot any issues that may occur when making a payment on our website. Our aim is to help you save time and ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience with Pixelz.
Payment Resolutions
Pixelz uses a secure and verified credit card processing company to make sure your payment information is safely and efficiently processed. In the unlikely event that your payment is not accepted when submitting your images, here are a few steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:
1. Make Sure You Have Sufficient Funds
A common reason payments are not accepted is a lack of funds in an account or that a credit limit (daily, weekly, monthly) has been hit. Double-check to ensure you have sufficient funds in the account you are trying to use to submit payment before submitting your order again.
2. Double Check Your Information
If you know you have sufficient funds available on your credit or debit card, you may have accidentally submitted the wrong card information. Be sure to double-check not only your card information but also your billing information to ensure there are not any mistakes.
2. Check For Fraud
Many times, banks and credit card companies will flag an unknown or new charge online as fraud. If you have sufficient funds and all your information is correct, check your email or call your credit card company or bank to make sure they have not flagged the transaction as fraud.

Pixelz processes payments through a third-party payment gateway called Braintree. When a payment fails, Braintree sends us a code explaining why the failure occurred.
