In the event you need to delete your Pixelz account, please complete these steps:
- Go to "Account Settings" --> "Subscription Overview" --> "Change Plan".
- Choose the option of cancelling your subscription.
- Select a reason --> Enter your password --> "Cancel Subscription".
Then please go to "Account Settings" --> "Delete Account" and click the delete button. Please note that we cannot delete your account if you have orders in production, unpaid invoices or active subscriptions.
Before requesting deletion of your account please know that all of your current orders, specifications and settings will be permanently deleted and unable to be recovered at a later date. We also cannot restore your account and you will need to set up a new account, if you choose to use Pixelz in the future.
