What Happens If I Didn't Receive My Activation Email?


If you created a Pixelz account and did not receive your account activation email to your inbox, the first thing you should do is check your SPAM, Junk or Trash folders. Sometimes, Pixelz emails get filtered out the first time they come through to a new user's inbox. If you find your Pixelz emails in one of these folders, be sure to add us to your address book or mark it as "Not SPAM" so you will be sure to receive your transactional emails to your inbox. 

If you have checked all your email folders and still cannot find the activation email, please contact our Customer Success team at cs@pixelz.com, and they can resend it to you.
