This article will describe how to contact the Pixelz Customer Success team if you have questions or need additional assistance that you cannot find the answer to in our documentation.
You can submit a request to Customer Success by sending an email to email@example.com. When you are in your Pixelz account, you can also click on the @ symbol at the bottom of any page, to send an email to the Customer Success team.
You can submit a support ticket to the Customer Success team by clicking on the Help tab on the left hand side of the Help Center. Also, emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, will create a support ticket with the Customer Success team.
If a customer success agent is online and available to chat, you will be offered the opportunity to chat directly with the agent prior to submitting a support ticket. If an agent is online, you can access the chat functionality by click the black Help tab on the left hand side of the Pixelz Help Center.
