This article will discuss what you need to do in the event you receive a foreign transaction fee for a Pixelz order.
Foreign Transaction Fees
Pixelz transactions are currently set-up regionally so as to avoid any of our customers incurring a foreign transaction fee when placing an order. However, since our company is headquartered in Denmark, some banks and credit card companies may see the headquarter's location on the transaction and flag it as a foreign transaction.
In the event that this happens, immediately contact your bank or credit card company and let them know that the order was placed regionally and fees for this type of transaction should be waived moving forward. If your bank or credit card company needs to speak to a Pixlez representative about the fee, contact cs@pixelz.com and we will be happy to arrange a call to discuss our transaction process with them.
